Requiem Workshops
Come and sing!

Choral Workshop @ Christ's Hospital
14th May '22

I'm delighted to be joining forces with Christ's Hospital Choral Society for this come-and-sing performance of my Requiem.

We'll spend the morning in Big School, learning our parts around the piano with composer Matthew Coleridge and accompanist Ruaraidh Sutherland. After lunch (bring a picnic!), we'll move into the school's stunning chapel, for afternoon rehearsals with organ accompaniment, and soloists including soprano Verity Bramson.

After a short break, we'll give an informal performance of Requiem at 5pm

Singer tickets £15 (includes loan of music on the day)

CAN I COME AND SING? What to expect...
This event is suitable to all choral singers with a basic grasp of music reading. We'll spend the morning learning our parts, before polishing things in the afternoon. Sight-reading ability is helpful but not essential, and you'll be amazed at how much we get done in just one day!

If you'd like to learn your part ahead of the day, you can order a vocal score in advance. Free rehearsal tracks are available at www.koor.app (you'll need to create a free user account).
