ABENDLIED - SATB a cappella

Abendlied was commissioned by The Oriel Singers, Cheltenham, in memory of Katharine Welchman - a friend of the choir, and mother of a dear friend since my early childhood.

As well as the German setting of the text, I've also included a setting in English - to the words "Blessed spirit, one with God above" - which is particularly suitable as an Introit in Anglican churches.
